A FEE of 25% of your estimated cleaning cost will be assessed for cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled appointment

•For clients that are Pre-Paid additional hours may be purchased at the same rate at the time of the cleaning.

•Additional time may be needed based on the size or condition of your place. If necessary, additional hours can be purchased on the day of the cleaning at a discounted rate.

•Brownstone Maids will make every effort to send the same cleaning professional every time as long as you are satisfied. However, this may not always be possible.
